Welcome to Spike’s Tail Wag Walks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our dog walking services, you (“client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Services Provided

  1. Booking and Cancellations
  • Booking:All services must be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is received.
  • Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a full charge for the walk.

 

  1. Payment

Payment for dog walking services is due after the service is provided unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via Bank Transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

 

  1. Health and Safety
  • Dog Health:You confirm that your dog is in good health, free from contagious diseases, and fully vaccinated. If your dog has any medical conditions or behavioural issues, you must notify us in writing before the service.
  • Leash Requirements:Dogs must be kept on a leash or in a securely enclosed area unless otherwise agreed.
  • Behavioural Issues:We reserve the right to refuse service to dogs that exhibit aggressive behaviour or pose a threat to other dogs, people, or our staff during walks.

 

  1. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the dog walking session, except where such incidents are caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. By booking our services, you release Spike’s Tail Wag Walks from any liability arising from the service.

 

  1. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency (e.g., medical issues or injuries), we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

  1. Client Responsibilities
